Explore Suffolk like a local, from our vans to you

There’s something special about Suffolk.

It’s not loud or flashy - but that’s exactly why we love it. Quiet coastlines, winding countryside roads, hidden coffee spots… it’s the kind of place that invites you to slow down and stay a little longer.

If you’re dreaming of a little escape, these are some of our favourite places to take our vans - and the ones we always recommend to our customers.

Coastal Escapes

Southwold

A classic - but for good reason.Think colourful beach huts, a peaceful pier, and long walks along the shoreline.

Perfect for:Slow mornings with a coffee, sea air, and no plans.

Dunwich

A little more wild and untouched.Fewer crowds, big skies, and that feeling of being properly away from it all.

Perfect for: Campfire evenings and quiet coastal walks.

Aldeburgh

A mix of charm and character. Grab some famous fish & chips and wander along the pebble beach.

Perfect for: An easy, relaxed seaside stop with everything close by.

Countryside & Walks

Thetford Forest

Miles of trails, perfect for walking or cycling. It’s one of those places where you can spend hours and still not see it all.

Perfect for: Active days, bike rides, and letting the kids (or dogs) run free.

Dedham Vale

Rolling countryside, riverside walks, and postcard views. It’s calm, scenic, and ideal for a slower pace.

Perfect for: Picnics, gentle walks, and switching off.

Foodie Stops

One of the best parts of travelling around Suffolk? The food.

You’ll find:

  • Independent coffee spots tucked away in villages

  • Farm shops full of local produce

  • Cosy pubs perfect for an evening meal

Our advice: Don’t over-plan - some of the best places are the ones you stumble across.

Campervan-Friendly Stays

Suffolk is full of welcoming campsites and peaceful spots to stay overnight.

Whether you prefer:

  • A fully set-up campsite with facilities

  • Or something a little more off-grid

There’s plenty of choice depending on your style of adventure

The best bit? Waking up with the doors open, coffee in hand, and nowhere you need to be.
