Pick Up & Drop Off

  • Hygge Campervan - Pick up is at 2pm and drop off is at 10am on the last agreed day of your booking.

  • Fernweh Campervan - Pick up is 3pm and drop off is 11am on the last agreed day of your booking. If you can not make these times you must let us know in advance.

  • Collections are Monday to Saturday. (No pick up on Sundays, unless otherwise agreed)

  • Our location is IP28 6RE.

  • Vehicles Can be left in our secure gated location at own risk *Keys must be left with Upsticks*

  • Please allow at least 1 hour for collecting your Campervan. We will need to complete the health and safety briefing and complete the booking details. This is from your pick up time.

  • Returned with a full tank of Diesel

Booking Details

  • 3 Night minimum. 

  • A 25% Deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your booking.

  • A security deposit of £500 is to be paid by BACS on collection of the Camper Van.

  • Please ensure you have read through all the Terms & Conditions and are able to meet the Driver Insurance requirements before making a booking. Failure to do this will mean that you will not be able to commence with your trip and will result in no refund.

Driver Requirements

  • Driver Conditions for insurance are - Age 25- 75 with no more than 6 points, no more then 3 points per convictions, and a minimum of 24 months driving experience.

  • Two forms of ID shall be obtained for every driver.

  • A DVLA Check Code will be retained.

  • If driving abroad you will need a VE103 Certificate 

  • Copies, both front and back of the driving licence will be retained for all drivers.

  • UK, EU, Australian, American, Canadian & New Zealand Driving License accepted.

  • Persons within the Military will need to be referred to the insurer before confirmation of booking.

  • Please ready through Insurance Guidelines before proceeding with Booking.
